Vinal Students Awarded at SKILLS USA

Students from across CTECS competed in the annual state-wide SKILLS USA event on Friday, March 22nd.

The following students placed in the top six of their competitions and were awarded trophies:

Andrew Collins – 1^st place in Diesel Equipment Technology

Ryan Arbona – 2^nd place in Diesel Equipment Technology

Team of Austin Balch/Ali Carter/Midaysha Outlaw 2^nd Community Service

Abby Chandarpal – 6^th in Prepared Speech

Team of Abby, Jim James & Asera – 2^nd place in Career Showcase

Gabe Franceschi – 4^th place in Technical Computer Applications

Alexander Karber – 4^th place in Cabinet making

Aurora Mager – 5^th place in T-shirt design

Thomas Moniello – 5^th place in Diesel Equipment 

Alexander Richwine – 5^th place in Electrical Construction Wiring

Tyler Zajac – 4^th place in Automotive Service Technology

Cole Ramage   4^th place in Carpentry

Alisson Canaveral & Isabella Battista – 4^th place in Emergency Medical Technician 

Shane Moore – 3^rd Place in Extemporaneous speaking
